My friend Mandy and I were discussing "bottom of the jar" recipes the other day, so this is for you, Mandy.
Left over tortillas, the last of the marinara, finished off the spinach and added some mozzarella. You can call me Mamma McCrafty Pants. Or don't because I'm realizing now that it sounds kind of lame...just keep calling me Natalie.
